I don't subscribe to the Blaze, does anyone? But I sometime catch bits and pieces of his radio show, that's where I heard about this. It can be seen on YouTube also.

Speaking of Bye-Done disastrous year.....just got back from a shopping trip, trying to find a few clothing items/outfits. for a birthday gift, for a family member.

Kohl’s was completely empty! At first, I thought they were closing this store, maybe. Then, I thought maybe they’re flipping the men’s to the women’s side, etc. Nope.

I saw a clerk and asked her where the inventory was. She said, Well, we get what they send us, then put it out. We just keep moving the risers farther apart.

Same scene, at Target. These are newer stores, in nicer areas of town.
