I can’t remember who all was talking about difficulty sleeping or waking up and not being able to go back to sleep but my husband found an article somewhere talking about quercetin acts a little like caffeine causing insomnia. He and I both are thinking we have sleep issues if we take it at night, anyway we’re gonna start taking it earlier and see if that helps
I can’t help myself I just have to brag on my second Grandson.
One of our City Council Members resigned early in December and my grandson was one of four who put their name in for the position. Each contestant was asked a series of questions by the other Council Members and he was nominated. Hip! Hip! Hooray!
I got to watch all this online. Him answering the questions and then taking the Oath then him being seated with the rest of the Council.
My heart has been bursting with pride. I have a feeling as the years go by he will be moving on up.
