I wonder how all that works exactly..and whether or not that “cross—jurisdiction” issue has something or not to do with
their inexplicably poor treatment and lack of due rights
They were arrested on American soil and are American citizens. The 4th and 5th amendments still apply.
The capital police share jurisdiction with the DC police, and that jail houses federal prisoners. As for how the J6 people are being treated, I just think not enough Americans know what's going on.
I mean, it's not like CNN or Fox are talking about it, right? I think it's a bannable offense on Twitter...a theory I will take one for the team to test.
