If he is whistleblowing on physicians in his hospital he cannot be a so called whistleblower because he disagrees a diagnosis. So unless he is accusing someone of fraud he is expressing an opinion. Yours is incorrect because as I said this RN is acting beyond the scope of his practice by stating for a fact that there are misdiagnoses. He is not qualified to make a diagnosis by license or education
