While I totally share that sentiment, I have yet to see a credible report on what, if any, hit the NFL has taken in the way of viewership, ad revenue, ticket sales and merchandising.
On those rare occasions when I have landed on a game, it appears that the stadiums are as full as they were a few years ago.
