My rough estimate was that there had been 4 billion doses of other vaccines that had been administered in the VAERS years.

Yes.
Annual flu vaccines are about 250 million doses then add all the other vaccines annually. Covid vaccines adverse events should not dwarf all other vaccines combined.
By January 20, Covid ‘vaccines’ accounted for about 1200 deaths - already outpacing any other vaccine.
