I don't think they really know what variant you have, unless they perform more rigorous testing, then the local pharmacy offers.
If it is Omicron, it should be mild and you can get on with your life knowing you now actually have an immunity.
I heard the other day that there are only 2 labs in the country that have capability to test for omicron.
