Interesting. Proof should be in the pudding. We generally get a clue how our flu season will be from from the Southern Hemisphere flu statistics.
So far, tough to find.
Southern hemisphere is once again showing lows- season is generally apr-sept
As of 10/09/2021 - from WHO
Taking Australia as an example, there were 214,377 flu cases in 2019.
In 2020 there were 21,266, a 90% reduction.
So far this year there have been just 435 confirmed cases in Australia – a staggering 99.8% reduction on previous years.
