The Miami Dade PD has a lengthy track record of misconduct that speaks for itself. In concert with the body language I see on the video it’s easy to consider that the cop was wrong.
Frankly, the body language in this video speaks very loudly.
I am very impressed with the bystanders who stepped between the cop who had his gun drawn and the man he was aiming at. They may have saved the man’s life and that of other bystanders.
