I would change the first to stop protecting the media as they are using that protection to destroy the country with impunity. Media outlets that lie need to be SUED out of business.

The Second Amendment, of course, is fine. But I do support liberals when they call for revisiting it, simply because it’s rare for them to even admit it exists and gives rights to people.

The Second Amendment needs to be rewritten to more carefully enunciate the list "militia" and "keep and bear arms". Folks who can't parse the language of the Founders always mistakenly think the two are tied together.

The term "Bill of Rights" is just like "Bill of Laden", "Bill of Materials", "Grocery Bill", "Bill of Sale". It is a list. The confusion seems to center around the use of commas in the list. Most people get it.

I’d remove the militia sub clause from 2A so it simply reads that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Let them try to fudge that statement.

The Second Amendment doesn’t GIVE a right to anybody, it just enters into coded law the GOD GIVEN RIGHT to defend yourself, your family, your neighbors and your property.
