Oh, that's an easy one. Just take it off our tab. Let me be President for five minutes. I'd totally go on t.v. with these pieces of paper. They would say in big black letters, IOU CHINA ELEVENTY GAZILLION DOLLARS.

Then I'd rip them up like Nancy Pelosi in a drunken feeding frenzy. I'd say, 'How you like me now, you heathen Chinee', and laugh like a maniac.

Just five minutes, then I'd go all Cincinnatus and retire back to my mom's basement.
