NAC - we buy the NOW brand of NAC and Quercetin with Bromelain......
Curious why Quercetin with Bromelain? I take Quercetin, Vit C, D3, K2 mk7, Zinc and 24 mgs of Ivermetin very two weeks. Dont know what Bromelain is and why to add it to the mix. By the way for someone who never took anything most my life the supplement pill total is getting up there. Couldn’t image needing real medicine to function and have to take 6 or more pills each day.

Bromelain is an enzyme derived from (now synthesized?likely) from pineapple. Supposedly helps with digestion.
One can indeed go overboard with mineral/vitamin etc supplements. Body can only digest/absorb so much, plus they have to be in balance which is a (not perfect) science in itself. IMHO Vit C is so easy to get from foods best to do that as one pees out any extra anyway.
I just remember reading that with the Bromelain is better, helps the Quercetin to be more effective. That was about a year ago or I would still have it sorry.
