One source said Turkson, who is about two years shy of the mandatory retirement age of 75 for bishops, had become “fed up” with internal disputes.

I never heard of Turkson but his dicastery sounds like typical FrancisChurch nonsense. Cupich is a bad dude so Turkson may be one of the good guys.
