That’s not good.
But it was just an injunction that was denied and it was a case against a state not the Federal government.
It was also only a mandate on healthcare workers not all workers.

States do have more powers than the Feds according to the 10thA.
(They don’t have that power ad hopefully that will be declared when the case reaches its final judgement)
And Healthcare workers are more relevant to a supossed pandemic.
(It’s still ridiculous, I’m not defending it)

For those reasons there is still a good chance SCOTUS rules against OSHA.
It is a good sign that they took the case instead of refusing it like the NM case.
