Not sure on the neighbors. My guess is that they’re none too happy, but none have ever spoken to me about it. Gut instinct is that they won’t want to rock the boat. And, they don’t have anonymous complaints in this particular town. Damn.
You should check the noise ordinances in your village, town, township or county. I’m out in the sticks, but there are fools who bring their generators and big speakers to “commune with nature”. Up until 11 p.m., I’m fine with it. Even after, if I approve of the music, I might let ‘em get away with it till midnight. BUT, when it’s a hot August night, the windows are open, and Jeannie C. Riley is telling me about the “Harper Valley PTA”, I call 911. They respond, but only after the noise ordinance time.
