I have a problem with my old Mercedes diesel
It sounds like fuel starvation.
So I have just purchased one of those hand vacuum kits for draining brake fluid.
I will use it tomorrow to suck on the diesel fuel line.
I suspect the fuel tank is contaminated with black sludge.
Next up...remove fuel tank and have it cleaned out...replace the in tank fuel filter and feed hose.
Order of work evolved over several days after deep thought and early morning inspirations.
Waiting on a rain free day to get started.

I have seen ads for it. Dang, the trailer has Patton Oswalt (likes little boys) in it. This could have unintended consequences. People who don’t know about Q may investigate. Could be another screwup, like parents seeing what kids are learning in school during the lockdown time.

Whatever the reason, I never experienced an instant of fatigue, loss of smell, or taste, during all of my close dealings with these victims. I was never sick at all.
Indeed it is true that most of those who were placed on mechanical ventilation died. I hate acknowledging that, but we all knew it. If I were to tell of my experiences, it would seem like BS and braggadocio, so I mostly refrain, but few of my Patients died on my watch. I watched them closely. Most seemed to die while other Therapists were ‘watching’ them.

I know that most of my associates, mainly the Nurses realized this long ago. Certainly the Physicians knew it.

I dunno, but in the hierarchy, I was maybe a Corporal or a Sargent. The Nurses were Staff Sargents, and so on. The Residents, Fellows, Attendings, et al were the Colonels and Generals.
