Earlier this year, McDonald’s CEO Chris Kempczinski wrote about some other instances of Chicago youth and violent behavioe, saying parents had failed their kids. He was the target of relentless attacks, calling him racist, privileged, out of touch. He apologized and expressed woke platitudes. It wasn’t enough. Mayor Lightfoot herself put out a press release, stating that “victim shaming has no place in this conversation.”
Of course, pointing out that our progressive betters are loud hypocrites is like saying water is wet. I noticed that the race of the youths is never mentioned, so I know it’s not white supremacy roaming the streets. Ugh.
If you have to talk to your children about how they should act in a large crowd, you have already failed as a parent.
