50-70 oz water/day
Chicken breasts
Lean beef (90-96%)

Weight training is the fountain of youth.
It really is. Not only is it good for your physique and energy levels, but it also improves ones attitude.
Combine that with a proper diet and supplements, it's a beautiful thang!
