“Bad data,” as you write, is bad data. Therefore the “sources” are relying on “bad data,” and so you return to the theme of CFR/IFR which itself is rooted in the same “bad data,” “bad data” collection and “bad data” analysis.

Condemn the number gatherers. Then try to prove your point with the numbers from the same number gatherers.

The overall picture from the “bad data” suggests that this “pandemic” affects the world — ignoring the media hyperventilation — minimally. Or maximally, when one joins the chorus of the media.

Go calculate the CFR/IFR and report your result please.

Personally not a big fan of “CFR” and “IFR” numbers since they depend heavily on the amount of testing being done and “cases” being reported by Dr’s and hospitals (3rd world #’s not that accurate for those)...lots of people get minor symptoms and stay home & are not recorded as a “case”. CFR is better/more accurate than IFR but neither are that close to “actual”. Probably the best country for a COVID-19 CFR number is Denmark...it is the most tested country (16.8 million tests per million population...USA is at 2.3 million tests per million pop.)...Denmark’s CFR is 0.0055195 (.55%)(2,996 deaths/542,794 cases).

So the 1918 Spanish flu was about 2.66 times “worse” fatality-wise than the current COVID-19/ChinaFlu outbreak/pandemic, and the current COVID-19/ChinaFlu pandemic is about 3.64 times worse than the next worst (1957-’58) flu pandemic.
