That little pamphlet gets history wrong at almost every turn:

It was hinted in some of the inscriptions that the great temple at Jerusalem was built by Solomom more to protect these archives then anything else.

This is a revision of 1st and 2nd Samuel.

The Pamphlet says that Jerusalem was then captured by Sennacherib

Jerusalem was never captured by Sennacherib:
