The only shot mandate left standing (and there is a challenge in the works on that) is the one for fed employees/military (the other 3 categories: fed contractor, CMS healthcare, private companies 100+ workers have injunctions against them).

As far as pushing back on scofflaws...

Maybe need an employment lawyer to write a cease & desist letter to the company.

Also depending on the state, some have put their own rules in place against the shots.

We need final judgements against the mandates. (possibly from SCOTUS)
I think the military is the last one that hasn’t been stayed.
