We’re not fools, I believe, about Israel’s certain needs from the USA, concerning their own basic survival. They must detest the conditions that keep them generally obligated to much of what has been made possible for them by the USA.

However, it was not the USA who retrieved the trove of evidence and lifted that sheath, on Live TV, showing the documents proving the case against Iran, on Live TV. It was Israel. Netanyahu.

Also, it is the Israeli soldiers and citizens of tiny Israel whose populations inside both those categories, who are so often picked off, daily, in some periods of time from such a tiny and finite number as compared to the USA.

To spare those numbers, they rely on intelligence ops, clandestine operations, deployed all over the world in order to avoid human risk to their limited human resources, left to defend their tiny homeland.

I can presume Israel would insist on being in charge of their own risk assessments, before pleasing any great Western nation who has a bright idea for a MIL conquest which includes them or dispatches their finite resources.

Idk what might have happened, between Netanyahu and POTUS Trump, leaving it hard to issue much enthusiasm for criticizing Israel at this point until the story emerges. Israel has done a great deal to save itself and also to benefit the USA, through the terms of many American presidents.

PS: For example, was it humiliating for Netanyahu to entertain two moderately leftist Democrat offspring of an American president, in order to get their own Jerusalem capital?

There was doubtless no small amount of psychological leverage played by POTUS Trump to send his NY styled Jewish kiddos to deliver the goods. What did Trump know that made that unusual representation his message?
