***Corporatism is the antithesis of capitalism***

I think you are describing fascism, which is essentially Marxist, except the communists detested it because it permits the government to partake of corporate greed (and never worked.) After all, the most notable fascists in modern history, the Third Reich, called themselves 'National Socialists'! Perhaps I have missed your point (late hour!)

Yes and both Hegelist yes

History of Fascism

Max Stirner. Karl Marx's friend (at least at first) Stirner came up with the concept of syndicalism. Where the workers owned the corporation. The theory worked good until you have more then one corporation in this system. That is where Anarchism-syndicalism with "yellow" unions came in but that had the same problem because the different unions couldn't work together.

Georges Sorel(1847-1922) and a number of other syndicalist came up with the idea of Fascist-syndicalism believe in a workers' self-management system. This had the concept of the workers managing and owning the corporation with in a system where the corporations can work together.

Georges Sorel and the others helped Mussolini come to power and they dropped one word. They called it Fascism.
Georges Sorel was a very unique person he believed in the idea where myth drives societies. He would say science is a myth. Which is true today more then ever (IE: climate change, Covid BS and so on)

Fascist and Marxist learned to hate one another much like Sunni and Shia hate each other. This started with Bruno Bauer whom worked for Marx that wrote "the Jewish question"

I can go on but I don't want to bore you ha
