The ACE2 receptor is the door opening into the cell. Cutting an opening is never tolerated.

As to getting mRNA through the cell wall. As I said, I'm not sure why they would use graphene oxide/hydroxide unless somehow it enhances the ability to do so. I've read some studies in the past which suggests it does.

I haven't a clue of the mechanism. Maybe I need to go look for the study and see if it's mentioned.
