Yea he was arrested for it back in April. If he is found guilty it’s 20 years on each count so he’s looking at about 40 years. Jim Bob has hired some of the best lawyers around to defend him, so far I think he has about 4 or 5, about as many as OJ had.
Geez, he’s looking at decades in prison.
I heard he rejected a plea bargain, for which the sentence would have been a number of years, but nowhere near 40 years.
