This is the first I’ve heard about child pornography.
I’ve heard that part of his defense, would be that other people had access to the computer which allegedly was used to download the child pornography.
I also heard part of his defense, is that he is not computer literate enough, to set up the downloading procedure, and the partition of the computer which would hide the pornography from anyone else.
That boy is in a heap of trouble.
Home with a wicked pinched nerve today- wandered over to the trash that is Reddit (true confession) and learned the Duggar soap opera continues.
This family looked wholesome and happy the few times I saw the show. Wow, was THAT a misleading impression. The dynamics must be twisted and sick- and I just wonder if Josh himself was abused, and by whom.
The child porn he’s accused of having is brutal and depraved. Usually the feds don’t bring cases like this without a certainty of conviction.
