Read it yourself - this is the document that they did not intend for the public to see.
It details the vaccine’s performance over 3 months Dec 2020 - Feb 2021.
1,223 deaths. 11,361 not recovered from taking the vaccine, 25,957 nervous system disorders, 17,283 muscoskeletal disorders, 14,096 gastric disorders, etc.
If one were to have this report and give a go/no go on rollout, one would looking at the net results (of getting covid vs the vaccine) have to consider it would be better to not take the vaccine.
This is the sort of data they wanted to hide for 55 years.
