The court’s liberals suggested overturning Roe would make the court appear political.
“Will this institution survive the stench that this creates in the public perception that the constitution and its reading are just political acts?” Justice Sonia Sotomayor asked Mississippi Solicitor General Scott Stewart. Do we have to wait to have a zero-derp Court before such a decision would be "non-political"? Bring it on.
