When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

How important is it to include or exclude the white “membrane” part from the rind?
A while back, I had read a comment about what to do with this part of the fruit, but can not recall whether they said to include or exclude it from the recipe.
Why not just purchase a bottle of Quinine Tincture and add it to Tonic Water..?
Tonic water has traces of Quinine....it would just taste more bitter.

So, we now know from the logs that Epstein visited the White House twice in one day on three separate occasions.
