It is just sickening that the President of the United States claims that he is giving an important speech to the nation but does not do it in prime time when most people are at home and can watch. Having it in mid afternoon just about guarantees that almost no one will watch live to see all of his verbal mistakes and things like coughing repeatedly.
The propaganda media will, just as they did during the 2020 campaign, cherry pick a few sentences where Biden looks in command and sensible and then broadcast them over and over again surrounded by hours of commentary praising his speech.
