My grandson is going to stay with Proby while I’m gone. He’s been on a Keto diet and only has Saturdays as his cheat day, but traded it for tonight. He doesn’t eat many vegetables, and eats mostly tilapia and nuts the rest of the days. I bought him a big bag of tilapia, some chicken breasts and shrimp cocktail. And a big variety of nuts. I’ll dig out a steak he can cook if he wants. I need to get him some of those vitamins that are made from all vegetables and fruits.
