I’m just surmising, but since they are a chain, maybe they contract with certain companies for repairs and don’t have permission from HQ to use anyone else.
It is a shame that they couldn’t use what was offered to keep their residents, especially the MC, in place.
My sister’s family knew that the day was coming where she was going to have to go into a home.
They knew that would be such a setback for her and we all were so relieved that it never happened.
Of course, she ended up dying to stay out of a care facility and that was too heartbreaking.
That makes sense, and may be whatโs happening.
A lot of people have some setbacks with the move to MC, but the stages still happen no matter where they are, sadly ๐ข
