No only three hours during the VIP event,but I felt like it was the ten hour I was there! Ha!
Crazy antics by a customer last night!We had a woman wanting to return her Chanel Perfume without a receipt or the box. Sorry not without a receipt or box to see if it was purchased At a Dillards. She left and came back with a box but it was over 90 days which is the return policy.
Needless to say she got mad and demanded the mannager of the store and which the manage told her the same ,BUT was going to let her exchange it for something else of same value. This woman started screaming that she wanted her money back calls the manager and all of the people cheats and liars and then threatened the manager she'll throw this bottle at her. Our Manager turned her back on her and told the police get her out of here. HA! How wild retail can be and over perfume. Sad but crazy comes out of the woodwork more during the holidays.
Other than that it was a great eve. Ha!
The holidays sure does bring out more craziness in people.
How do you know that the women didn’t steal the bottle of perfume?
You don’t without a receipt.
The fact that she wouldn’t exchange it but wanted money tells me it just might have been stolen.
When we were growing up, we would get gift boxes of perfume and cosmetics from an aunt and uncle.
Sometimes it wasn’t something we wanted, and we were happy to exchange it for something we did want.
Never even thought to demand the money.
I remember a few doozies when I was in retail though, I’m sure it has gotten much worse.
Son came home and had 2 stories from work.
A KAREN was going around the store looking for any employee without a mask and then reporting them to the Assistant Manager.
I’m sure he was nice and said thank you, I’ll take care of it but then went about his work which is a lot since the manager is still recovering from heart surgery.
At the end of his shift, son was filling up the doughnut case and found a doughnut with a bite out of it.
Had to throw out some doughnuts.
Remember the idiots that were opening up ice cream and licking it then putting it back in freezer?
Reminded me of that.
