The reporter said they scaled the fence to get out and then there was a huge police operation to find them and put them back, but in earlier threads about this place I have seen several posters insisting that place doesn’t even have a fence and the government isn’t even keeping people there, like they can just come and go at will.
She also said another person ‘escaped’ recently and that would cause a review of the facility. I suppose obvious solution is more fences, perhaps two-layer electric barbed wire fences. To keep the covid-negative voluntary quarantine vacationers safe and protect their democratic freedoms, of course.
