Well... it does appear to have been written in a sort of high level Pidgin English so it is kind of confusing.
However, it may be perfectly understandable to Purebloods who haven’t been contaminated with vaccines. So I’m betting that Dr ransomenote and Dr bagster can clear this up for us.
