Alan, why are you using present tense to describe an historical event? It is either "has been corrupted," if recent past and still ongoing or, if you are writing an obituary on the American constitution, "had been corrupted."
It's obvious that he didn't have you to consult with before he wrote the article.......
So many sages here are being completely ignored by the likes of Alan when they write their columns.
How do we fix that so that folks like you can get the proper recognition you deserve?
