I’m not sure which Phd testimony you’re referring to, but it in no way lessens or poisons the volumonous and incontrovertible fact based evidence presented in the complaint, such as Pennsylvania’s final vote count exceeding the number of registered voters by 49,141. In what sense is this a poison pill that “kill(s) the whole effort? Do you know of any other pending Supreme Court case that address the 2020 vote fraud that will somehow be harmed if this case gets filed? Maybe the filing won’t succeed, but we’re not any worse off for trying.
