The show "Sliders" from the 1990s was about a group of people who went through multiple parallel Earth's to get back home. It dropped many redpills such as a UN Invasion, Medical martial law, PC Cancel Culture, even a dictator Hillary Clinton.
"Were the writers warning us? Funny how Science Fiction Dystopias of the 1990s are todays reality. I find it unlikely they knew all this by coincidence. I put all the following into this video."

I'm going to guess, from what I have read that quite often the perps would drug, to some degree, or offer drugs to the victims (illegal substances, alcohol, etc.) so that in the event that a possible future prosecution ever happened, they would try to use expert testimony to say that the victims testimony was unreliable.
I'm gathering that from considering WHOM they are trying to use as expert witnesses. It's gonna be ugly. The prosecution seems to be doing a fairly good job at responses to the motions.
I think a big thing will be made of hearsay and exceptions to hearsay rules. Especially in children, there are exceptions to hearsay rules admissible as evidence. That would take a long post to go into, but I do know that the defense side knows it is in a precarious position and can best hope to keep conviction counts to a minimum at best.
United States v. Maxwell (1:20-cr-00330) District Court, S.D. New York
So far we have Maurene Comey (James' daughter) as the lead prosecution in Maxwell's case.
And the judge, Alison Julie Nathan, had served as associate White House counsel for Renegade.
Also: During the 2004 campaign season, she acted as John Kerry's Associate National Counsel for the Kerry-Edwards Democrat Campaign for President. She got her BA in Philosophy and Women's Studies from Cornell University in 1994. (Is that even a thing?? Women's studies?)
Alison J. Nathan
Adjunct Professor of Clinical Law
Clearly a feminist type. So far her rulings have not been very favorable to the defense and she seems to be doing what she is supposed to be doing as a recipient of a degree in Women's Studies, and that is, standing up for women who have been abused and trafficked, etc.
So we will see what happens soon enough.
