Was you reduction in inflammation long-lasting?
It was a while, and was a marked reduction while I was pretty tight on keeping the carb load down. The holidays kinda plays heck with that though. I might pop a dose for S&G soon for that. I need to get a bit more aerobic stuff in too (exercise)
