Justice Thomas is asking questions, “what constitutional right covers the right to abortion?” ... “it’s liberty, your honor ... it includes the right to make family decisions” ... “so it’s all of the above?” ... “in the old days we used to say it was a right to privacy” ... “what are we relying on now?” ... “I think it continues to be liberty”.
This is very curious ... the premise of prior decisions has now been tossed aside.
