Interesting. Maybe there are things in those files harmful to the derp media/state. That's the only thing I can think of. I can't imagine they all of a sudden got religion.

Cursory reading seems to indicate that they (Bannon defense, derp media now) are trying to prevent whatever is in discovery handed over from prosecution to defense from 'getting out there' via masterful Bannon's information tactics and 'trying the case in the media'.

So it also looks like the derp media WANTS the information to come out in the media. Are they just nosy? Surely they aren't standing on journalistic ethics (they have none), the 1st amendment (they only invoke that to protect themselves), or transparency (don't make me laugh).

From my admittedly cursory reading it sounded as though Bannon’s defense team has the 1000 (plus?) pages of stuff and the prosecution is preventing him from making it public in the media, the Fake News is siding with Bannnon. I will have to re-read and scratch my head a bit.

So, the 1000 pages of Jan.6 info, the feds MUST share with Bannon’s defense team and have started handing it over. The Prosecutors want Bannon restricted from sharing it. The 12 Fake News (maybe some aren’t Fake? Didn’t see whole list) want the info to be made public too.

The order ‘would prohibit Bannon and his counsel from communicating with the press and public about any materials that the Government provides during discovery – not just materials that the Government properly deems ‘sensitive,’ according to the filing. I wonder if surveillance videos are included.
