I'm going to guess, from what I have read that quite often the perps would drug, to some degree, or offer drugs to the victims (illegal substances, alcohol, etc.) so that in the event that a possible future prosecution ever happened, they would try to use expert testimony to say that the victims testimony was unreliable.
I'm gathering that from considering WHOM they are trying to use as expert witnesses. It's gonna be ugly. The prosecution seems to be doing a fairly good job at responses to the motions.
I think a big thing will be made of hearsay and exceptions to hearsay rules. Especially in children, there are exceptions to hearsay rules admissible as evidence. That would take a long post to go into, but I do know that the defense side knows it is in a precarious position and can best hope to keep conviction counts to a minimum at best.

The publication in Circulation was an abstract of the AHA scientific sessions sessions. Abstracts accepted to the AHA meeting are published there every year. (This is the case with abstracts for most scientific/clinical meetings going into the journal of their society/association.) It looks like it was presented as an e-poster (https://www.abstractsonline.com/pp8/#!/9349/session/573), which means that it should have been posted 8am-5:30pm, with the presenters manning their work usually for a short time period to address questions. This is what a poster session is like. It is designated as an “e-poster” in the program, so I am not sure exactly what that means.
What may exist, somewhere, is a vid of someone talking to the presenter, and or a pic of the entire poster (or an upload of the e-poster). Typically the work conducted to submit an abstract (and its presentation and feedback at a meeting) would be the basis for a full manuscript submission. As the author looks to be just some doc publishing his interesting clinical experience, a full paper may never make the light of day.

I feel the COVID jab awareness tide is turning. Wednesday on the local Detroit news cast ( I believe it channel 7). They were doing a story how the State of Michigan was reaching out to the federal government for 100 highly skilled nurses and Doctors to staff two hospitals one in Detroit and one Grand Rapids. The money shot was they needed help in staffing to handle the uptick in COVID patients, but lady nervously said the need was also for the increase in heart and acute cancer patients. I wonder what is causing the uptick in COVID, heart and acute cancer patients? I personally know one mother who recently lost twins, a coworker who had breast cancer 10 years ago and has it again and a relative that has an odd skin condition shingles like, that the doctors cant ID. The common thread is the mRNA shot.
It’s sad for the people suffering from the jab and criminal for those pushing the jab.

The question/comment I have regarding civil disorder - we spend the summer of 2020 watching cities burn while the cops stood by and watched from a relatively safe distance. I can’t speak for all, but I really wanted those cops to bust heads, because these were not protests but riots, and there was no just cause other than hatred for white people by mostly other white people.
If we see similar violence in videos, I think we need to make danged sure that their cause is just, that they’re fighting for freedom and not to try to destroy a nation and usher in communism (like our antifa/BLM thugs are doing). I’m in favor of fighting real oppression everywhere, but I am NOT in favor of ushering in the same.
Just a regular guy with an opinion.
