That Kyle Rittenhouse violated the Civil Rights of those peaceful protesters who were there to object to the police shooting in the back of an unarmed black man.
Federal courts do not allow cameras.
Yes, if it comes it will be along the lines that Rittenhouse was a domestic terrorist whose actions were intended to deprive Rosenbaum et al. of their First Amendment rights to speak freely, protest, peaceably assemble (ha!) etc.
It won’t surprise me if they try to make such a case.
