I don’t think so either. That might be the “one last thing”. A lot of things might be the last thing at this point.
Since Kyle was not acting under color of authority, nor a place of public accommodation, he’ll not likely be charged under the civil rights code. I also don’t believe he has any jurisdictional “hooks” that will give the feds authority to prosecute under a federal homicide statute. Having said that, since the rule of law has become a frail bulwark against the totalitarians, I wouldn’t stake my life on it. They may find a way.
I agree. The progs have their finger in the wind and realize that public opinion is against them.
There were only a few lame attempts at “protests” in the blue-est of cities, Portland, NY and Chicago. They got no traction.
