My guess remains - if/as anything - the seal itself they’re using would be a fake so as to not run afoul of the MIL ... the blurring would be to obfuscate that it’s not real but like the fake “office of the president elect” things they came up with ... and they’re hiding that. The “protecting from counterfeiting” or whatever lines that have been suggested have never carried any weight with me and to look back and confirm / reaffirm this never happened before ... TBD + WWG1WGA :)

Never seen any blur outs on Dan Scavino’s feed, which is NOT official White House. And he wasn’t even the VP, simply Deputy Chief of Staff.
