the answer is .. I’m not sure. It applies to the “mandate” that affects private companies ... hospitals broadly includes gov (i.e. va) and corporations. And there has been some lore suggesting that states may potentially issue mandates and the Appeals Court opinion makes repeated reference to OSHA attempting to override “state police powers”.

The OSHA stuff came up at hubby’s board meeting (federal bank) and the CEO is also on a hospital board. Hubby asked the CEO if the bank was in the business of practicing medicine! We have had one shot and 7 days later we both had covid so we haven’t gotten any more and will not get any more. He thinks he may have to resign but doesn’t really want to yet. Time will tell.
