Thanks...so it’s only for their jurisdiction? ... Can another court ignore a stay, not in their jurisdiction ?
what if anyone, let’s say from the 9th files, and the 9th rules for the mandate? (If I’m a RAT, that’s what I would do. I would file for or against just to get another ruling)

It is not only for their jurisdiction.
It is nationwide.
But it is only ruling on the cases in their jurisdiction.

I’ve still seen conflicting information on whether the 5th rulings re “vax” are limited to their jurisdiction or now applies across all the states; however the stay applies to the “mandate” in full and order to OSHA to STOP anything & everything to do with the “mandate” is certainly universal so it is stopped now pending rulings on the permanent injunction. Presumably other cases might/will arise through other jurisdictions ultimately working their way to the SCOTUS.
