If I was Bannon, I’d be like “I’ll see you in court”.
Each count of contempt of Congress carries a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of one year in jail, as well as a fine of $100 to $1,000. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
Mark Meadows was a no show too I believe.

Let me tell my current theory. 90% of these subpoenas are a smokescreen. They really don’t give a shit about 1/6. Read that again. THIS IS NOT ABOUT 1/6. This is about ever-increasingly desperate attempts to get their hands on information about Trump’s PEAD’s and Nat. Sec. Letters [NSL’s]. 90% of the subpoenaed people don’t know shit about devolution or what was going on behind the scenes with what Trump was doing with the military commands following the election theft and during the transition period. Who would know? Bannon? AYFKM? No. It’s Patel, Scavino, Meadows, Kellogg, Stephen Miller, Gen. Flynn. All the others are window dressing to hid what they’re after.
What about Eric Holder who ignored a Congressional subpoena?!
