Pops88, I feel your pain.
Prayers up for all families torn asunder by this evil plot.
The love is still there, just below the hurt.
God will fix this.
But until then, we better all stay out of the hospital and try to stay in touch with loved ones. As they say: Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.

They have to know God first, and His son, Jesus Christ, then walk in it. Even my Christian friends dump massive amounts of doubt and unbelief in text messages, while putting on a strong front on social media, ones who claim to be infilled by the Holy Spirit. There’s lots of talk, but little walk. I’m a nearly 63 year old grandmother. Where are the men? Where are the leaders? Masking and having pineal gland destroying implements stuck up their noses to keep their jobs? Or ditching their state and running for their lives? Clearly, I’m in a bad mood this morning and need more coffee. I avoided news for the last few months, then felt ignorant when talking to people. This ground hog came out of it’s closet and saw it’s shadow.
On another note- I went to dinner last week and spotted a book I recognized. I left with a signed, annotated copy of The Kid By The Side Of The Road. The reservationist pulled her sheet out of the waste basket and we both recognized his real (?) name immediately. She, because it was the last reservation, and me, because I knew it. I gifted her my second copy of the first edition I pre-ordered. It seemed fitting. It was an incredible night.
