JUST IN - Sixth Circuit to handle the consolidated case challenging Biden’s nationwide vaccine mandate. Brett Kavanaugh is the Circuit Justice of the Sixth Circuit court.

Do you know the reputation of the Sixth Circuit? If they toss or give the bad answer, will it go then to SCOTUS?

And (sorry so many ?s) does “consolidated” mean plaintiffs more than just the businesses of 100+ or does it include military and/or fed workers?
